The services provided by this web site have been developed to help the user understand and deal with a notice that has been issued in relation to a journey made on the UK rail network without a valid ticket.

If you are the passenger who has been issued with the notice, you may wish to read the rules and regulations contained in our document library which explain your requirements within the law, or you may make a secure payment online to finalise the matter, or you may appeal  against the issue of the notice.
